I can't express enough how thrilled I am with the service I received at this shoe repair shop! I had a pair of designer heels that I thought were beyond saving after a nasty scuff and a broken heel. However, walking in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism that I instantly felt at ease. The owner was very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss the options with me, ensuring I was comfortable with the repairs. A few days later, I returned to pick them up and was absolutely amazed! They not only repaired the heel but also polished them to a shine, making them look as if they had just come out of the box. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality of work. I even appreciated their willingness to share tips on how to care for my shoes in the future, which shows they truly care about their customers and their products. The only thing I would suggest is that they could improve their communication regarding pick-up times – I would have loved a quick call or text to let me know when they were ready.
